The Vampire Billionaire’s Secret Baby is a super cute paranormal romance about a Vampire single father who moves to Cat’s Paw Cove with his half vampire son. They quickly meet Meddy a gorgon and home organizer, who helps them when trouble comes their way. I have never read a paranormal romance with a gorgon character before so I thought that was a creative touch! I also really liked hearing about the children of supernatural parents parenting problems. Don’t you hate when your child teleports away or can’t stop turning into a bat? I did wish the romance had gotten a little more focus. I liked Meddy and Quinn but didn’t feel like they got a ton of time to connect as a couple. This was partly because this was a quick read only 136 pages so almost novella length. However, this book is perfect for a reader who wants a quick and fun paranormal story. It is also great for anyone who is a fan of the Nocturne Falls series by Kristen Painter as it has similar vibes.
I listened to the audiobook version of this book and liked it a lot! I wasn’t crazy about the kids voices at first but I got used to it.
