The sporadic sprinkling of the joke about Snack’s masochism was a funny little feature in book 1 but when the side-joke became a main theme of the book I nearly dropped the series.
SPOILERS: I’m glad snack and arms got written out, atleast temporarily for the future, so I’m confident continuing the series for now. Boxxy’s entire character gives way to the best character interactions and I look forward to the development of the friendship between Boxxy and Fizzy
