The bigger picture of the world they live in is becoming much more engaging. I don’t want to give any spoilers, but it continues to build on the strengths of the first book without the weak opening from book 1.

Narration is really bordering on 4 vs. 5 star. Production quality is great. No changing microphones, accidental volume adjustments, or flat lines. It’s all delivered well. The only flaw is that the narrator doesn’t have a wide range of character voices – particularly for women. On the other hand, he picked a great voice for narrating the story and it isn’t the same as the main character (which many authors don’t bother to separate).
