Up until book 7 I have been a fan of the series, and even after the introduction of Lightspeed I continued to listen to the book 8. However, it was my hope that the FH would allow the magic to just happen and move onto another plot but it has to play out… slowly. My displeasure with the story is such that I returned 7 and 8 today after seeing that 9 would continue to perpetuate the Light-less plot. I will continue to monitor FH works to see if perhaps in book 10 things improve and my interest is renewed.
