This is the final book from Monroe. I highly recommend to start with the first, then seconds, and then this.
If you are a person who believes in what quantum theory says, and things like “living in a simulation”, reincarnation, or multiple universes is not completely foreign, than this is a must read.
I would also read the books from Brian Weiss, and Michael Newton. They focus on a very specific level of the learning experience and do not spell the deeper things out, but they are still very educational.
