Most of us who are listening are aware of this case and likely listen to the podcast. Nick’s interest in this case comes through clearly in this book. He is well-researched and self-disclosing.

This book, however, is not a literary masterpiece. It’s a great weekend or driving companion. A lot of the writing offers extraneous information and redundancy. It’s a good true crime story but the narrator is so dry that it was hard to hear this as Nic’s “voice.”

Still, I recommend the purchase to take in Nic’s perspective. It’s a worthy one!
