This book looks pretty solid on the surface. I was searching for a litRPG audiobook and saw a 24 hour book 1 of 6 done by soundbooth and Jeff Hayes with decent reviews, thought it should be worth a credit. It was not worth a credit. I made it a few hours in waiting for something to pull me in to the story, but I just got more and more reasons to not want to finish it, so I dropped it. If clueless MCs bother you, you should steer clear of this book. This MC was supposedly one of the most successful players of this game in the world, but he sure didn’t get there by reading his system prompts or using any kind of critical thinking. The premise isn’t awful, the narration is alright, but the MC and the writing were too much for me to get past.

Long story short, out of over 100 titles in my audible library, almost all litRPG, I’ve only ever dropped 2-3 books before finishing them, and this is one. Maybe this book won’t bother you as much as it did me, but I’m pretty sure you can find a better use for your credit.
