I wasn’t sure what I was getting into, but it turned out to be a good time. This may not be the best introduction to the Proxima Galaxy books, but I liked it enough to start listening to all Harmon Cooper’s books in the same ‘universe’. As far as I can tell, this series is set furthest in the future of the Proxima Galaxy books and is different in that most of it takes place in an augmented reality NYC, rather than in an VR MMO game setting. I like the music ‘skills’ aspect of it and really enjoyed the main character finding his way through the system.
Jeff Hays and Annie Ellicott did a great job, as they always do.
