This is a well written story with top tier voice acting and barely any of the pitfalls that plague this genre.
My personal gripe is the MC. I like/need to be empathetic towards the characters I follow for me to fully fall into the story…
This stories MC is a self-righteous, arrogant ass-hole who truly believes himself to be smarter than all those around him. Even when he does his supposed growing as a character and learns the tip of how wrong he’s been, he is still exactly who he has been. Now he’s just aware he’s being unfair… still convinced he’s the smartest thing to ever live…
In the beginning it makes sense why he was always bullied or ostracized by other kids… he’s an ass-hole.
