I was unable to get past chapter 14. A helpless woman raising a child alone, wracked with grief over the loss of her husband, but one man guarding her without her even knowing! I can already guess the budding romance. I’m not interested in the same story again. I can see the appeal of the story and the basis is cool, with the mini ice age.
