I forced my self through Book 1 and part of Book 2. It’s hard to tell if a book is actually good for someone else when I can’t get into it, but I think it is probably good for others. My two biggest cons: I am spoiled on Jane Yellowrock’s vampires to accept these characters as vampires, and a teenager having a romance with a grown man is icky to me regardless of how mature she is supposed to be. I was also bored with the story, but that boredom is probably due to my two cons.
