Couldn’t put it down.

I started this yesterday morning and before I knew it, it was 2AM and I couldn’t justify “waiting for the end of the chapter” to turn it off. I just had to quit mid-scene so I could get enough sleep to have at least minimal functionality at work today.

If you like dungeon core, slice of life type books you will like this one. It’s a book that does use some stats as things progress, but far fewer instances of reading long stat sheets than I’ve noticed in similar books.

Great narration, fantastic characters that came to Life in my head and that I actually feel like I have an emotional investment in. On to book 2!!
