This is an amazing book on mindfulness. These practices that are talked about in this book can be applied to any area of your life not just weight loss. I’ve been doing WW since 2018 and I’ve seen this book talked about in meetings – in 2023 I finally read (listened) to it. I’m glad I did it in my own timing because I feel like I’m in a much better place now to hear it then I was in 2018. Overall a great book on mindfulness and behavior attitude.
