This is such a terrific audio book! Dante and Heath find themselves directly in each other’s orbit as their motorcycle clubs seek reconciliation after recent events, and they get off to a rocky start for reasons (no spoilers). But they can’t deny the mutual attraction brimming under the surface and once they push past their personal issues, their getting together is very steamy but also surprisingly tender, thoughtful and loving. There is some external conflict as well, which unites the two clubs in their efforts against it and brings Dante and Heath even closer together.

Narrator David Allen Vargo delivers an amazing performance. From Dante’s deep growly voice to Heath’s wide-eyed youthful one to the many distinct side characters, his narration hits all the right emotional notes and is just perfect for the story. I have no doubt his narration greatly added to my enjoyment of this book.

I jumped into “Dante” not having read the previous Hell’s Ankhor books but the character development and plot setup is so good that I didn’t have any trouble picking things up from the start. I received this free review copy audio book by request and have left this honest review voluntarily.
