I’ve been looking forward to Priest’s story! I’ve not listened to this series in order, but that hasn’t stopped me from loving it or the presence that is Priest. You can feel his grief for Ankh throughout the series, but you knew he was ready to move on. But it was more of growing with a new partner, not moving on completely.
I listened to this on Audible, with that being said I just need to say I love listening to this book because with Priest & Mal it felt like they was sitting down in front of me, telling me a story. Very warm and welcoming. They do need to work on their communication skills. Mal likes to keep everything to himself whereas Priest is all about helping any club members out.
