Definitely a good hashing and spin on the fantasy hero trope and some quite witty exposition sprinkled throughout. It has a villain you love to hate, a hero that manages to win you over and a great and eclectic mix of supporting characters that are just as memorable. I am officially a fan and look forward to enjoying the rest of Keiler’s work.

The true star however is Mr. Hays. Second only to Luke Daniels in my opinion, Jeff brings the myriad of characters to life in such a believable way, you forget it is the same person. No two characters sound alike and they are consistent from start to finish. Truly a first-rate production. Highly recommended.
