This is more of a review of the series as a whole

Up to book 11 at least. (no spoilers)

The story is a lot of fun. It’s not going to change your life or anything but it is really enjoyable to see these characters grow over the course of the series. A lot of emotional payoffs later on. My main complaints are that a couple of the cast can be really annoying sometimes and that a lot of the books could have really been condensed into one bigger one. Which I think has been done for physical versions? Would’ve been nice for audible too but maybe that’s something that will happen when the series is complete.

Travis Baldree is an absolute treat to listen to. Absolutely no complaints, every character he gives a voice to feels like they are coming from a different person. He’s obviously put a lot of work into voice training and it’s paid off. I don’t know how I’m going to be able to listen to anyone else after this, I’ve been spoiled.
