It was done well enough to make it to the end. Haven’t decided on reading book two or not. Took a while to really get invested as the main characters were a bit bland. Found some laughs later in the book and the ending sparked some curiosity for the next book. Still hasn’t been as captivating as some of my other reads. Worth giving a second round I guess.
A few very noticeable narration mistakes. Sometimes the wrong voice is used for a character. Nothing ground shattering though. Just noticable.
