Dungeon Crawler Carl is the best Litrpg series out there with in my opinion the best litrpg narrator Jeff Hayes. This was harder to get through due to two things. One is that there was simply too much happening all at once at parts in the series. I was losing track of names constantly towards the end. it was much harder to get through even though you would think the Iron Tangle would be harder.
The second reason is Carl at times in the book just goes off the rails and that ring making him be the bad guy at times. Carl was going out of his way to be broody and gorey and a real dick at times. It was not as organized a story even though still great and the ending was something to look forward to. idk it just seemed a bit rushed towards the end.
