The changes in this book are abrupt. One moment the characters are running and with little genuine connection or chemistry there is sudden jumps to sexual tension and love with less than 5 chapters or so.
I would have loved more to draw out the way these things take time and patience. It felt a little like a fanfic more than an actual book.
