Good start to a series. Another entertaining, humorous, engaging and enjoyable story from Jake Bible. The story hits the ground running and just keeps going.

Really enjoy the combination of Jake Bible and Andrew Wehrlen. As soon as I see that combination I know I’m about to be drawn into an alternate universe and be thoroughly entertained no matter what the story is.

The Galaxy is a treacherous place. Drop Team Zero is who you want when you need a job done. Sent on a mission to rescue a councilors son they soon realize the mission is not what they thought it was. Even though they are the best at what they do even Drop Team Zero can encounter a situation that they are not prepared for.

Large cast of creative and unusual characters. Curious to see how his worlds or characters are going to intersect. Or if they will at all. I hope they do. That would be one action packed book.

This is the first book of the series and it leaves off with the next mission for Drop Team Zero. Looking forward to it.

Andrew B. Wehrlen does a fantastic job with the narration once again. Nice voice. Easy to listen to for long periods of time. Clearly spoken with a nice even pace. Great tone and delivery for the sarcasm and humor. Really good character voices, all of them. He pulls you into the story and brings it and the characters to life through his narration. Very enjoyable
