I waited till I finished book 2 before writing this review, because book one was good but not incredible. The story isn’t bad, but a little too “PG” for my tastes, however it does pick up a bit in book 2.
Character development is adequate, and I love tower dungeon Isekai adventures, so I definitely checks that box. I’ll say this though, if your on the fence after book 1, don’t worry it gets good in book 2
