Trigger Warnings: Age gap relations, violence, drugs, mental health problems, physical abuse both women and children, prison and emotional abuse. There is no rape, no molestation, and I don’t remember any animal cruelty.
I’m not one for romance but this story delivers. Strong character development. Some misery porn throughout so prepare for an aching heart, and watery eyes.
