Would you listen to What’s Left of My World again? Why?
Yes ; the characters were likable ( mostly) and unlike many dystopian fiction the main character is female. Not the superhero Tomb Raider like character but a normal young woman that comes of age in a apocalyptic world
What was one of the most memorable moments of What’s Left of My World?
The last chapter. Faced with the realization it is a new world with new rules she ( main character Lauren) has to make a difficult decision
Have you listened to any of Kevin Pierce’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Kevin is my favorite narrator. He can do male & female voices , and adds the right level of tension. He did a great job in this book as well
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No not really. Its long at 10 hours and understanding the interplay of the characters takes time to sink in and think about. I listened over 2 weeks and and looked forward to it each day
