I was looking forward to the story of Mort. Unfortunately, J.S Morning decided that not 1 but 2 kids ( not even adults) needed to be transgender and spent way too much time explaining it. This side story line ruined the entire story that I and many others were here to experience. We are here to experience the black ocean stories, not woke bull. Fix it and don’t think you have to make half of your characters woke to sell books. It is the opposite.
