The narration was spot on. The premise of the story was interesting. The lack of thought put into what shape the supplies in the world will be in at 30, 60 or 90 days and more is just unhinged. The main characters are the most incompetent scavengers I could ever imagine. Also the fact that you can tell the “good people” because they’regood looking and christian and the “bad people” because they’re ugly and never talk about their Christianity was a complete turn off.
I picked this up after interacting with the author advertising their books on reddit. I really wanted to like it. The narrator and the premise is the only reason I finished it.
