It’s a fun superhero anime with a mature approach. Tenchi Muyo or Urusei Yatsura meets Superhero GURPS. “What would you do if you were a GM playing inside someone’s game?”
Of course there are some obvious super powers left out which would break the story and require “kryptonite” fixes.
Jeff Hays does a great job not only modifying his voice for the female characters but also adding audio effects [being on a speaker, in a helmet]
The story could use a bit more atmosphere of the city and location but channel your favorite movie mash ups and you will dive on in.
There are some rushed areas and obvious sequel set up.
