Accepting that this is fiction I was appalled at the knowledge of guns possessed by the characters in this book. I live in a country where no one is allowed a gun and I am glad of it. Also, the religious bigotry demonstrated is disgraceful . I read this book until the end in the hope that there would be a enlightening change of heart, but no luck.
