Meh – solidly average. Alpha makes need male voices.

Because I get the audiobook for $7.49 after adding the free Kindle version to my library (I have monthly subscription w/ Amazon), this was worth it. Barely.

First, the audiobook needs a male to voice the boys. It just doesn’t have the oomph it needs.

Second, the actions and reactions of the lead female are nonsensical. You have to really let go of any idea there’ll be something that makes you go, “Oh! I get it now!” in book one.
