Great fun. Murder mystery with a ghostly twist. Usually in stories like this, the person ending up seeing the ghost can’t keep it a secret from their friends/family. This story is unique to me, in that the main character only reveals his ability to see ghosts to one other person (not his love interest). Even though this is a murder mystery with a romance twist, it is fairly light not gritty or dark. The drag queen personalities and the odd-ball way the main character interacts with others make the story fun. The murderer remains a mystery until right near the end. The story isn’t terribly complicated, has fun undertones, has interesting characters, and a plot that moves at a decent pace. There’s no insta-love or ridiculous love at first sight, but a real life-like meet and dating type situation. Cute and fun story with a good plot. Joel Leslie’s narration is fabulous, as always, and makes the characters come alive. You can tell who is talking throughout the story by their different accents.
