Like I’ve said in the header, I’ve listened to this book 3x. That means that I’ve had the time to really mull over whether there are flaws and the like that break the story for me or leave me shaking my head. So I can say that personally, this is one of my favorite books of the year.
But listening to me gush isn’t going to make you read this book so here we go; without spoilers:
1) Powers
2) Management of a group or team
3) Main character power within reason and decently limited
4) Set backs
5) Contract law [seriously]
6) Corporations [no seriously]
7) Harem theme, but not the overbearingly love at first sight stuff that tends to happen.
8) Sympathetic, human with flaws, main character
With a second book in the works I can’t wait for it.
