How could the performance have been better?
This sounds like a book I would love, but I just couldn’t get into it bc of the female narrator. The intonation just felt very off. Every statement ended sounding like a question. I also honestly didn’t even realize there was a male narrator, andvlov books that are narrated with both sects, as opposed to one narrator throwing their voice. I think the female voice must have been much louder? Either way, I gave up pretty early on…
