This story showed a sheltered girl that wanted to spread her wings. A boy who was thrown all the responsibilities in his family and had to learn to compromise his life. When these two individuals are drawn together; you see the hardship of both, the struggle to understand one another, but the love that overcomes it all as well. I loved the story until the last few chapters when it seemed like Ginger became hostile even though she understood why Ray acted the way he did. Other than that, the book ended how it should have and this book was a little more intimate than the previous two books.
