I have really enjoyed reading this and the second book over the last few weeks. I’m an avid gamer and reader. I tell others that this it feels like several things I’ve loved: Hunger Games, Borderlands, Tabletop RPG, Open world multi-player games, all with a great sense of humor and just a little heart and grit. Simply told, but absolutely entertaining.
