Brance is a brilliant lawyer, but he’s also a complete and total ALPHAHOLE with major relationship issues. Braelyn, the owner of Thicket a curio shop, who is still working on some heartbreaking issues from her past, is a sweet and beautiful woman. Ollie (my absolute favorite character and unknowing matchmaker) Brance’s adorable son, in need of a friend. Now you may ask yourself why you should read this book. It’s because the characters and the story were beautifully developed, the narrator’s (Heather Costa and Jeffrey Kafer) flow was superb, and the heat level was legit! All these factors truly made listening to this book a pleasure.
