This book is the accumulation of a number of books and series. It definitely lives up to the monumental task of converging plot lines. I didn’t really get why most of the book was told as an account by Jason as an interview. It works well for the most part and helps tell Wesley’s story and his role in the story. There are some second hand account stuff that he tries to tell (Robert’s perspective) and I wondered a couple times, “why is he telling this interviewer who is going to testify about him this stuff?” But I did not have any issues with the story itself. It was excellent and compelling. The narration was really well done.
