I loved this fast paced, sexy, enemies to lovers romance! Blaine and Mira are forced into a marriage to benefit their crime families. Mira has worked hard to escape that life and is trying hard to figure out a way to escape this dangerous, sexy man as well. They both get on each others nerves, but the more they fight, the more they turn each other on and the hate sex is very hot and steamy! Blaine is cocky, dominant, loyal and protective. The more time he spends with this strong, smart, sexy woman, the more he wants her to be his forever. I love Blaine and Mira together, they challenge each other, their banter is fun, and their chemistry is off the charts! I also loved Blaine’s brothers, they added fun and intrigue to this story as well. There are several twists and turns that make this story funny, emotional and thrilling. Both narrators, Rachel Hine, and Joel Froomkin, pulled me into this world and made all the characters come to life. There were a few spots that the sound was a bit off but it didn’t distract from my overall enjoyment. I was engaged from the very beginning to this exhilarating and sexy romance and will definitely check out more from Ms Ash and both narrators!
