I love Clive Barker and the wonderful worlds he creates but there wasn’t much to this audiobook in terms of substance. It felt kind of rushed and was over before I knew it, and it lacked the subtle sexuality and darkness of his other writings. I would call it Clive Barker light. Watered down and lacking in story. That’s not to say that there isn’t anything of interest here, but it needed more. Much more.
