Anyone who isn’t the main characters (protagonist) can do anything and kick anyone’s ass but the main characters can’t do anything but lose. None of it is earned! It’s like the author knows no way to build suspense. You would think the main characters would learn and actually have a victory but no…contrived ways is the only way they are still around. I want my money back.
