I’m not saying that should this impossible situation happen to me that I too wouldn’t struggle with wrapping my head around it. what I am saying is that A SCIENTIST whose life is about exploring possibilities, testing situations, and ACCEPTING REALITY, not mention the focus of his work.

His constant stress and worry and anxiety and disbelief despite facing the reality of his existence, detracts from what could otherwise be an amazing adventure into exploring his new world and existence.

the story is otherwise interesting and the character are well enough done. just too much “I’m on the verge of cracking and I can’t accept existence” crap. which really should be much more minor for anyone who has grown up reading fantasy, playing video games, watched sci-fi, thought about time travel, played an RPG, etc….
