Let me preface by saying I absolutely love Kevin Pierce. Multitalented voice actor but hearing the authors vulgarities come out of the narrators perfomance over and over, I couldn’t take it. It was cringe worthy, and that says a lot because I’m married to a USN Senior Chief!
I can take the odd profanity, even the F bombs and I understand that maybe using the “C” word is common place for some, especially in the apocalypse but is it necessary? I was absolutely mortified playing this via Bluetooth in my car.
Descriptions of sex….if I wanted 50 Shades of Grey. I would’ve bought that instead….NOT an Apocalyptic thriller!
My mistake buying the entire series…will be returning all of them.
