Not sure what other reviews are talking about but if you enjoy a solid guy saves the universe story with cool tech then you’ll like this series. No, it isn’t super thought provoking or dark and gloomy grim dark or even noble bright…but it isn’t meant to be either. It’s a popcorn movie level story and it does a great job. There’s lots of action, humor, character development, universe building and, different twists in the plot to keep it fresh. So ignore the review who is apparently looking for some grand theatrical mindgasm or deep philosophical epiphany…just give this one a try!
