Though Chess Team first appeared in the book Pulse, it wasn’t until several years and many adventures later that Jeremy Robinson released the book Prime which tells the story of how Chess Team first came to be and their very first adventure.
Prime is a roller coaster ride of nonstop action, and while as I stated previously it wasn’t the first published Chess Team novel, but it tells of its origin and it is definitely where new readers should start. It features a fantastic cast of characters, it was so much fun seeing the team come together, and of course an incredible story where the fate of mankind hangs in the balance.
