I really hope this narrator doesn’t think that’s how people in the South actually speak! She makes the characters sound like a bunch of backwoods hicks! DOC-ter; PIT-cher; and every word with a short “o” sound came out more of an “aw” sound. Body became bawdy, not became nawt, etc. it was so annoying! And she talks sooooo slooooowwlly.
Please spend some time down south before you try to do an accent!
