I will never look at a Bond villain the same way again. The story of Felix show us how you can start with good intentions but as you accumulate power you must do darker and darker things to keep it.
I enjoyed the story pacing and characters. My only complaint is a lack of a second male character in the core team. At times it almost feels like a boyish fantasy that Felix is surrounded by women who all want him in some way. A male in that team could have reduced that and opened up a lot of potential characterization and exploration of master slave dynamics without the sexual undertones that were often present.
Otherwise I think this is a must read for anyone who is a fan of the heroes journey story arc or just fans of super hero content.
