I love this series and decided that for my first reread of it, I would listen, rather than read, the books. A new way to experience the series, as it were.
As for a discussion of the book, it is a cultivation story set in a secondary world very similar to ancient China. The series thus far (6 books) is really good and if you have not begun to listen or read, you really should. It’s definitely worth it.
For the narration, Travis Baldree, as always, knocks it out of the park.
