This series is like reality television in print.

First off, I think the author does a magnificent job of character development and making his characters relatable…but,…the story doesn’t go anywhere. There’s not much in the way of escape value for a science fiction fan. I read the first two books because they were free and the third via an 85% off sale. I can’t see myself paying for the next book because the characters just aren’t interesting enough for a fourth book.
