Looking for good sci fi? Read some Bobiverse. Or Skippy the Beer Can. Or anything by Heinlein. The story is simplistic, full of tropes and cliches, and is worthy, maybe, of a third grader’s first venture into sci fi. I’m pretty tolerant of good attempts, but this one shouldn’t have even been published.
