Great storyline although it really surprised me how different books 1 & 2 were. It was almost like 2 different genres but somehow this author really pulled it off.
This sort of twist made this duet one of the most intriguing series I’ve read so far this year.
The narrators performed this book very well. I had a little difficulty with the inconsistency of the volume level but otherwise the narration was fantastic.
This is a duet series with an eventual HEA.
