If you are an avid reader of fantasy or LITRPG, if you are a gamer. This is a series for you. I love it as do my kids and my grandson (44, 15-23, 5urs old) so this has multi generational appeal. The writing is well done and the narration is great. The series has nods to games that all of us have played in at various times in our lives. The mc and his compatriots as well as his nemesis are well developed and easy to like/hate as required. The story line is well laid out and flows well. Personally I’d love to see it made into a set of movies or series. Our MC is a diamond in the rough who gets the break of a lifetime when he comes across a special treasure that opens up a whole new world/virtual world for him and his potential. Watching him grow in both strength and character is great and is a wonderful thing to follow. The trials and tribulations, relationships and such are all highly relatable. The messages delivered in regards to friendships, trust and the ideas that getting to the top via teamwork are all great. And all this is delivered in a nice gamer friendly crunchy fantasy and more setting. Can’t recommend it enough as well as his other works. Love them all!
